Code of Ethics

We, the associates of Technical Recovery Solutions, in recognition of the importance of accepting a personal obligation to our profession, its members, and the community we serve, do hereby commit ourselves to the highest ethical and professional conduct and agree to:

• Perform our business in a manner reflecting honor, professionalism and integrity.
• Avoid conflict of interests, and to disclose them to affected parties when they do exist.
• Accept assignments only if the performance of such can be provided in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• Have proper regard for the confidentiality of proprietary data.
• Ensure fairness to all parties and not be swayed by outside pressure, by fear of criticism or by self interest.
• Express an opinion on a professional subject only when it is based on honest belief and knowledge.
• Ensure that our professional reputation be built on the merit of our services and not compete unfairly with others.
• Seek, accept and offer honest criticism of work product, to acknowledge and correct errors and to credit the contributions of others.
• Assist colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and to support them in following this code of ethics.
• Above all and at all times, have the interests of the client foremost in mind and endeavor to serve each client to the very best of our ability.
