We’ve adopted a very simple concept and guiding rule… We approach each assignment as if it happened to us. Guided by this principle, we provide the assistance necessary to get back to business-as-usual… without the “smoke and mirrors” and up-selling common to the restoration industry. Unlike most restoration contractors or machinery/equipment rebuilders, we focus on the affected organization instead of focusing on opportunities to deploy resources that produce income for the restoration firm.
Here’s how it works on a typical engagement…
Initial phone consultation (always free of charge or obligation)
Our focus is to determine whether you have a situation that warrants professional assistance. More times than not, we learn that the situation isn’t as dire as the caller believes and determine that with a bit of guidance they are able to realize full recovery without engaging an army of outside resources. While we would obviously like to be retained to assist with the recovery process, we’re equally pleased to inform you that you have no problem and do not require technical assistance.
Follow-up Services
Assuming we identify an issue that requires professional assistance, however, we provide generally proceed with an onsite assessment and so that we can accurately quantify and qualify actual conditions at the affected site. At the same time we prescribe the appropriate measures that may be required to mitigate additional damages. Once the damages are reasonably contained and assessed, we provide Statement Of Objectives (SOO) reports that detail incident-specific action steps, measurable benchmarks and time-based completion expectations for immediate review and distribution among affected stakeholders. We then layout all the available options to the stakeholders and let make informed business decisions and decide the course of recovery.
